Sale Chat Offer Agreement

This agreement is a public offer in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and governs the sale of goods categorized as "sale" in the chat sale [https://t.me/Sale25UnionKZ] (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods").

Acceptance of this offer constitutes the Buyer's agreement to its terms.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for, the Goods sold in the chat sale [https://t.me/Sale25UnionKZ].

1.2. The Buyer confirms that they are aware that the goods sold in the chat sale are warehouse remnants, illiquid goods, or defective goods.

2. Terms of Sale

2.1. Items listed in the "Sale" category in the chat sale may have additional discrepancies with their description or photos (e.g., damage, manufacturing defects, color differences, or sizing inaccuracies).

2.2. The sale of items in the chat sale is final: they are not subject to return due to their status as unsaleable or defective.

2.3. By paying for the item, the Buyer agrees to its description, condition, and terms of sale.

3. Payment Procedure

3.1. Orders for items in the chat sale are accepted only with 100% prepayment.

3.2. Payment is made by bank transfer, using the method specified by the Seller.

3.3. By making payment, the Buyer confirms their agreement to the terms of this offer.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Seller undertakes to:

• Provide the Buyer with information about the condition of the Product in accordance with its description in the chat sale.
• Transfer the Product to the Buyer after payment.

4.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

• Pay for and accept the Product in the condition described in the description and materials.
• Understand that items in the sale section are remnants of collections, display models, or items with special features.
• Remember that such items may have nuances (indicated in the description and photo).
• Agree that these nuances are not grounds for return.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Seller is not liable for the Buyer's refusal to accept the Product purchased in the chat sale [https://t.me/Sale25UnionKZ], regardless of the reason for such refusal.

5.2. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. This offer is posted in the chat sale [https://t.me/Sale25UnionKZ] and comes into force upon its acceptance by the Buyer.

6.2. The sale of goods in the chat sale is carried out exclusively under the terms and conditions set forth in this offer.
