For one day, we tried on the role of florists and created our own floral arrangements under the mentorship of a decorator friend. Helena taught us how to choose colors, combine flowers, and implement ideas that reflect our state of mind.

Surrounding ourselves with beauty, in the company of close friends, the process turned into a meditation in which we learned to listen to ourselves and our feelings. The master class ended with a festive dinner at a beautifully decorated table and warm conversations. It was a magical day that reminded us how important it is to create moments of happiness for ourselves in the midst of everyday life.
