Usually, the results for the year tell about the plans that were implemented, how we achieved the set goals, and what we plan to do next. It is worth admitting that not all of the planned items were completed last year, but we still have a lot to talk about.
At first, we dreamed of increasing production, attracting new customers and developing successfully, but very quickly our focus shifted to keeping the production alive, transporting workers to a safe place and providing them with work. We spent several months organizing work and gathering a team in a new city. Part of the team moved with their families with us, others joined us later, so we formed a wonderful, friendly team of like-minded people who are ready to work despite all the trials.
Another important task was to understand the needs of women who buy our clothes. We decided to change the concept a little and make the most comfortable clothes, in pastel shades, which will be comfortable to wear in any situation. However, we already had ready-made models that we developed in advance, they had spectacular cuts and necklines in bright colors, and we decided to put them on sale. To our surprise, the girls showed interest in them and actively ordered these models, then we realized that we should not abandon the chosen direction, and continued to create beautiful, effective images. It is important for girls to look beautiful, and a new image is a great opportunity to please yourself, so we are happy to give pleasant emotions to our customers.
Last year was not easy, but it taught us to enjoy every day, spend more time with our relatives, appreciate the little things, and live for today, because all we have is here and now.
We continue to dream. This year, the plans are not long-term, but they are there, because our results once again prove that nothing is impossible, and very soon we will be able to work peacefully in a free country, because we are a nation that is able to fight and win back our own.
