Payment and delivery

Shipping

25 UNION delivers via the SDEK postal service throughout Kazakhstan. The order is dispatched from 5 business days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.

The goods will be delivered by courier at your address at the agreed time. 

The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the goods and is paid separately, according to the tariffs of the carrier company. 

Delivery is carried out by courier service only upon full registration of the order using the client's passport data.

Payment methods

Payment is made in two possible ways:

• Online payment on the website.
• Payment upon receipt.
• Online payment via Kaspi Pay (with this payment method, enter the order amount after clicking on the KaspiPay link).

You can exchange or return an item within 14 days. If for some reason the product does not suit you, you can exchange it for another option or completely refuse to purchase. In this case, we will refund your full payment minus postage.
